They also make your job more enjoyable and productive.
So why do you have so many problems with your job and why do it not make you happier?
It’s all about your personality, said Mark Gervais, the co-founder of the self-help site Positive Thinking and Author of How to Make Your Life a Happy One.
People with a positive outlook tend to do better at their jobs, but you can’t expect everyone to do this, he said.
So there are a few factors you can look at that may be affecting your productivity.
For example, you may be a self-proclaimed “entrepreneur” who thinks your job is fun.
If you are, you will find that your team members may have a hard time giving you feedback or working with you, and you may feel like you are wasting your time, said Gervas.
You may also be frustrated that you are not getting more work done, or that you don’t get enough credit.
But those negative traits may be tied to how you define success, he explained.
“There’s no doubt you have the right to your success.
But you also have to know what it is you can do to improve and what that will look like,” he said, adding that you can learn to balance your work, life and health.
To make it work, you have to make sure you get feedback on how your job functions, said Gretchen Rehm, the executive editor of The Huffington Post and the author of the book The Power of Positive Thinking.
You need to be open and honest about what you are doing to make it better.
You also have a responsibility to make your employees feel appreciated and rewarded.
So, take a moment to listen to their feedback, Rehm said.
It’s important to be clear about your goals and what your company wants from you, so that when you are working with others, you can work together to achieve your goals.
And make sure that your employees are treated with respect and valued, Rehms said.If you don
