When it comes to hiring, how do you find the right person?

The average job seeker spends about two hours and 40 minutes on the phone interviewing a potential employer.

Thats a lot of time and effort, especially if youre just starting out, says Lorne Voss, an assistant professor of organizational behavior at the University of Southern California.

The job search process itself is also very subjective, and that can lead to a lot more wasted time and frustration, he says.

“I’ve been in this field for a long time, and the biggest thing I hear from people is, ‘Oh, I don’t know how to find the best candidate,'” says Voss.

And he thinks that is because most people have no idea what theyre looking for, and it isnt really clear to them what that candidate actually is.

So how do people find the ideal candidate?

The key to finding the best candidates is to be able to define what the candidate is about, says Vossel.

“If you have no clue what the person is about,” he says, “you dont know if youve found the right candidate.”

To that end, you should be able provide a detailed description of your qualifications, and then ask if that description matches what the job seeker is looking for.

That can be a huge advantage, says Marc Levy, an associate professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

“You can give a really good description and say, ‘Hey, we have a guy with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

We think he’s a great fit for this role,'” Levy says.

Levy says it can also be a good idea to ask for a resume, if possible, to see if there is something that matches the job youre looking at, especially when it comes down to a resume interview.

And even if you dont know what a resume looks like, you can still get a better idea of what youre going to get by talking to your prospective employer.

And the best way to do that is to get your resume in front of a recruiter, says Levy.

If youre able to do this, youll probably get a call back that tells you exactly what you need to know.

What if I’m looking for a job?

If youve been on a long road to finding a job, youve probably been asking yourself how can I get a job in a field thats been so stagnant for so long, says Kevin P. Toms, a partner at McKinsey & Company who is a board member of the Job Creation Council, a national organization of employers and employers in the field of job-hunting.

The answer, Toms says, is simple: start networking.

“It’s not that you need a PhD in the area, but it’s not a bad idea to look into what’s happening in that area,” Toms tells The Verge.

And if you have experience working in that field, he adds, it is always worth trying to find a job there.

Tams says the best advice he can give you is to start networking with people who are in your industry, or even in your network.

That way, you will get a feel for what’s going on and what their industry is about.

What do I need to do to get a full-time job?

Some jobs are more demanding than others.

In addition to the need for a PhD, many employers are looking for applicants who can handle a lot, says Toms.

“The biggest reason I recommend that you do a job search is because you are going to be in a job for a while,” Tams explains.

“So you want to make sure that youre getting the right training.”

This is especially true if you want a full time job, because you want your time there to be as productive as possible, Tams adds.

And youll want to get paid a fair wage, because many companies want to keep their workers as well as the people who work there, he explains.

Tabs says it is important to understand that if you are not in a position to do the job, it doesnt mean that you cant do the role.

“Even if you cant get a part-time position, you still have the right to get compensated for your time in that position,” Tabs notes.

If a company has an open position that youve applied for, Tabs explains, it will send you a letter that says, if youres interested, you have two weeks to apply.

“That will give you two weeks of a job opportunity that you may not have gotten,” he explains, adding that you can also go to a recruitor to see what their position is like.

Tons suggests that you get an idea of how many hours you will work per week, so you can figure out how much you want.
